Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Delivery Manager – Affiliate Marketing who can independently manage affiliate campaigns, build strong publisher relationships, optimize campaign performance, and drive consistent revenue growth.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced performance marketing environment and are passionate about scaling campaigns while taking complete ownership of delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

- Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns across Indian and International markets.
- Launch, monitor, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Ensure campaign quality, compliance, and delivery targets are consistently achieved.

Affiliate & Publisher Management

- Identify, recruit, and onboard a minimum of 25 new affiliates/publishers every month.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with publishers.
- Expand and strengthen the publisher network to support business growth.
- Negotiate with affiliates to maximize campaign performance and profitability.

Revenue Growth

- Drive monthly revenue targets through effective campaign optimization.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance quality.




- Identify new monetization opportunities and contribute to business expansion.

Operations & Delivery

- Configure campaign tracking links, postbacks, creatives, and offers.
- Monitor campaign delivery and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare performance reports, campaign analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Affiliate Marketing and Delivery Management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end affiliate campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, and other performance marketing models.
- Existing active publisher network is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and campaign management tools.
- Good knowledge of tracking links, postbacks, offer setup, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently with complete ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to work from our Noida Sector 2 office (On-Site).
