- Install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per service schedules.
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform calibration, testing, and validation of equipment.
- Train doctors, nurses, and biomedical staff on equipment operation.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
- Coordinate with the spare parts and technical support teams.
- Generate AMC/CMC opportunities and support service revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Travel extensively to customer locations within the assigned territory.

Qualification

Experience
- 15 years in installation and servicing of medical equipment.
- Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also be considered (if required).
