We are hiring for a leading global organization seeking an experienced Manager Procurement Operations to manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and support procurement excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Handle vendor onboarding and supplier lifecycle management.
- Perform invoice processing, invoice validation, and three-way matching (PO-GRN-Invoice).
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy.
- Support contract management and procurement compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve procurement-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Process payment reconciliations and resolve invoice exceptions.




- Prepare procurement reports and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of Procurement/P2P/S2P experience.
- Robust knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Contract Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or Oracle Fusion.
- Understanding of supplier lifecycle management and vendor master maintenance.
- Experience with invoice validation, payment reconciliation, and procurement compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Role & responsibilities
