Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage geotechnical investigation projects from mobilization to completion.
- Develop resource and manpower plans to ensure timely project execution.
- Supervise drilling operations, field investigations, and site teams while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor daily project progress, rig utilization, work fronts, and drilling targets.
- Identify project bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to meet project schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of manpower, equipment, consumables, and other site resources.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Optimize productivity through effective resource utilization and provide regular progress updates to the Head Office.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations,



company policies, and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering (Mandatory).
- 510 years of experience in geotechnical investigation and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigation techniques, drilling operations, and field testing.
- Proven experience in managing field operations, manpower, and project execution.
- Excellent planning, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication, client coordination, and technical reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within stipulated timelines.
