Role & responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projects across India.

* Drive project planning, procurement, manpower deployment, execution, billing, and timely completion.

* Monitor project profitability, productivity, cash flow, and contractual compliance.

* Build and lead high-performing project and procurement teams.

* Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.

* Implement systems, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.

* Work closely with the Managing Director on business strategy while independently managing day-to-day operations.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is an advantage).

* 18–25 years of experience in Electrical/Industrial EPC projects,



including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

* Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale industrial projects simultaneously.

* Strong commercial, contractual, procurement, and project management skills.

* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
