JD:

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions across enterprise environments.
- Develop and maintain ITOM modules including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Cloud Discovery
- Service Graph Connectors

- Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery issues.
- Develop custom patterns, probes, sensors, and Discovery schedules.
- Implement CMDB best practices, CI identification, reconciliation, and data governance.
- Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, Operational Intelligence, and Health Log Analytics.
- Create and optimize Service Mapping for business-critical applications and infrastructure services.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as:

- SolarWinds
- Dynatrace
- AppDynamics
- SCOM
- Splunk
- Nagios
- LogicMonitor

- Develop custom applications, workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and IntegrationHub solutions.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and instance maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, cloud, and application teams to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Support ITOM enhancements, defect fixes, and production deployments.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, and Agile methodology.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
