- Develop and maintain credit risk models to predict loan defaults, using statistical techniques such as logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key factors affecting loan performance and incorporate them into the model development process.
- Conduct regular monitoring of loan portfolios to ensure accuracy of predictions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide insights on trends and patterns in default behavior to inform business decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in credit risk modeling or a related field.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques, including linear regression, time series analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience working with large datasets to develop predictive models for complex financial products.
