- Connect with and convert potential customers for personal loan / payday loan products
- Handle customer queries and assist them in choosing the right loan solution
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- Support customers with documentation, verification, and loan approval formalities
- Follow up regularly to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1-3 years in Tele Sales / Loan Sales
- Candidates with Payday Personal Loan experience will be preferred
- Positive understanding of personal loan products and customer handling
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
