Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceNow. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance business processes, Guidewire implementations, and Agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for Guidewire implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business users, product owners, and client stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and Process Flow documents.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Product teams to deliver high-quality Guidewire solutions.
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements.




- Support SIT and UAT by validating business scenarios and resolving functional issues.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Lead client discussions, requirement walkthroughs, and status meetings.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and ensure high-quality functional documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
- Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance business processes.
- Experience in Guidewire implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Solid documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Leadership experience in handling client interactions and mentoring teams.
