We are looking for a seasoned Retail Architect with 15-20 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale retail solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in retail business processes, omnichannel commerce, store operations, merchandising, supply chain, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end retail architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across retail business functions.
- Lead architecture discussions for POS, eCommerce, OMS, CRM, Loyalty, Merchandising, Inventory, and Supply Chain systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,
product teams, and technology teams to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration across retail platforms, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend cutting-edge solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
