Communicates and collaborates with key stakeholders on internal privacy matters.

Drives privacy and data protection impact assessments against business activity that involves personal information.

Identifies privacy risks, leads resolution and the development of mitigation plans, and recommends safeguards and controls.

Maintains understanding of organizations privacy and information protection policies, processes, controls, standard practices, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinates the documentation of Privacy processes and improvements.

Drives development of and manages Privacy risk management processes.

Develops processes and coordinates response to privacy incidents.





Develops privacy and data protection training and awareness materials for employees.

Has a functional understanding about Indian laws and regulations on Personal Data Protection such as RBI Directions, Aadhaar Act, IT Act and Rules, and DPDPA.

Certification such as DCPP, DCPLA, DPO, ISO 27701 LI/LA, CIPP/E, CIPM will be preferred.
