Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
- Preparation and posting of sales, purchase, expense, and journal vouchers
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers with regular follow-ups
- Bank book, cash book maintenance, and bank reconciliation
- Support billing activities and coordinate with operations team for documentation
- Assist in GST-related data preparation (sales, purchase, input tax data)
- Support in monthly accounts closing and basic MIS reporting
- Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with senior accountant for statutory and audit requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
- 25 years of experience in accounting role
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST,TDS,PF,ESIC and accounting principles
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Two wheeler must
