Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide transaction advisory services to clients, including structuring deals and negotiating terms.
- Assist in the preparation of deal memos, pitch books, and other documents related to M&A; transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings from FDD engagements.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in financial due diligence or a related field (e.g., investment banking).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and cash flow modeling techniques.
- Experience working with private equity firms or investment banks is preferred but not required.
