Role Overview

We are hiring Relationship Managers / Sales Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment.

The role focuses on driving business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring quality customer acquisition and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Source Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) cases through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate quality business.
Achieve assigned business, disbursement, and revenue targets.
Ensure adherence to credit, compliance, and documentation guidelines.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for timely loan processing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure healthy business growth.





Eligibility Criteria

2–7 years of experience in Business LAP / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales.
Experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the Baroda market and local lending ecosystem.
Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
