Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions
Configure and support Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Conduct workshops, UAT, user training, go-live, and post-implementation support
Manage project deliverables and ensure timely execution
Work on bi-directional integrations and coordinate with development teams
Utilize DevOps for project tracking and execution




Drive continuous process improvements and stakeholder engagement
