- Handle international chats with ease, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.

Job Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
- Proficiency in handling international chat processes and protocols.
- Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with global clients.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts (24X7)
