Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Classroom, NHIP, and Refresher training programs for field and sales teams.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive learning sessions to enhance employee capability and performance.
- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track participant progress.
- Maintain training attendance, reports, and evaluation records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training programs.
- Ensure adherence to training quality standards and project timelines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in training delivery.
- Experience in Telecom, Mobile Handsets, Retail, Banking, or related industries preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively based on business requirements.
