Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for sales roles (frontline & leadership).
- Partner with sales leaders for manpower planning and talent strategy.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR operations.
- Support sales incentive programs and compensation processes.
- Track HR metrics including hiring, attrition, productivity, and engagement.
- Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6-10 years of HR experience supporting sales organizations.
- Experience in Wires & Cables, industries preferred.
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
