Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, as well as implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to multithreading, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), and SQL databases.

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of experience in Backend Development with expertise in Java/Spring Boot.
- Robust understanding of Microservices architecture and its implementation using various technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in working with multiple databases (SQL) and message queues (Kafka).
- Experience with multithreading concepts, including synchronization techniques.
