Role & responsibilities

The Technical Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site work. In this role, you will support the installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of instruments and related systems, ensuring that products operate according to specifications. You will assist customers by responding to technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with senior technical staff or vendors when needed. The position involves preparing technical documentation, basic reports, and maintaining accurate records of service activities, demonstrations, and client interactions. You will also participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, and pre- or post-sales technical support, helping the commercial team with technical inputs where required. Regular communication with internal teams and clients is expected to ensure timely resolution of issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, operate, and explain technical instruments and related systems.




- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues using a structured, analytical approach.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Organizational skills to manage service calls, documentation, reporting, and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
- Comfort with using standard office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, basic presentation software).
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, instrumentation, electronics, or a related technical field.
- Customer-focused mindset with a qualified, respectful approach in all interactions.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for site visits, installations, and customer meetings as required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in technical support, field service, or instrumentation (preferred but not mandatory for motivated entry-level candidates).
