Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Primavera or MS Project Scheduler (MSP).
- Monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues early on to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Job Requirements :
- 10-14 years of experience in managing commercial building projects as a Project Manager.
- Solid understanding of MSP (Microsoft Project Scheduler) software for creating detailed project plans and schedules.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
