About the Company
We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in
technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening,
and coordinating interviews for IT positions across various technologies. The candidate must
possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment
environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and
networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS records.




• Negotiate salary and joining timelines with selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Experience working on permanent hiring/contract staffing.
• Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Qualification
•
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (C2H).
