- Key Responsibilities
- - Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
- - 1. Managing WhatsApp Business and dealing with customer enquiries.
- 2. Telecalling and cold calling activities.
- 3. Calling and following up with B2B and B2C customers.
- 4. Handling enquiries received through Instagram and other social media platforms.
- 5. Managing after-sales services in terms of warranty and claims and customer support
- 6. Managing couriers and dispatch coordination.
- 7. Handling online platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and similar portals.
- 8. Maintaining customer records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- 9. Carrying out all sales-related work and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- 10. Handling Dispatch of parcels
