Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using CSA (Customer Service Assistant) framework.
- Migrate existing systems to Pega Platform by analyzing business requirements and designing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes in Pega PRPC (Pega Process Commander).
- Troubleshoot issues related to Pega application performance, data migration, and system configuration.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in developing Pega applications using CCSA (Customer Service Assistant) framework.
- Robust understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Process Commander) architecture and its components.
- Experience in migrating complex systems from legacy platforms to Pega Platform is required.
