1. Machine Maintenance

Hand on experience in machines maintenance,

Machine Uptime, MTTR, MTBF maintaining.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of cell manufacturing Line-Thermal machines(Diffusion, Annealing & PECVD), Wet Tools(Texture, BSG & PSG), ALD and Printer operations and maintenance.

Ensure machines operate within specified parameters and maintain equipment reliability.

2. Troubleshooting & Repairs

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and process-related issues.
- Quickly resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize production loss.

3. Preventive Maintenance

- Plan and execute scheduled PM activities.
- Maintain PM records and update maintenance logs.

4. Spare Parts Management

- Monitor critical spare parts inventory.




- Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of spare parts.

5. Documentation

- Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown reports, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain machine manuals, SOPs, and maintenance documentation.

6. Team Coordination

- Guide and support technicians during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production, utilities, and process teams for machine-related issues.

7. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and company policies.
- Support EHS requirements and maintain protected working conditions.
