Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to support the planning, execution, and coordination of construction projects. The candidate will work closely with Site Engineers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure smooth project execution, effective communication, and timely completion of project activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Site Engineers on daily site activities and project progress.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors regarding quantities, measurements, billing, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Act as a communication bridge between the site team, Quantity Surveyors, and management.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate material requirements and site-related information with the relevant teams.
- Maintain project-related records and update project information using Zoho applications.
- Track project milestones and escalate delays or issues to the concerned stakeholders.
- Support project planning and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering and construction processes.
- Experience coordinating with Site Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
- Working knowledge of Zoho applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in project coordination, site execution, or construction management.
- Familiarity with quantity surveying processes.
