Job Title: Assistant Manager PEB & Roofing Sales Division Tamil Nadu

Location: Chennai- 1 Slot

Cresco Industrial Products Pvt Ltd is a leading distributor of HVAC products across South India, representing reputed brands and catering to dealers, retailers, and project customers. We are focused on expanding our retail footprint and strengthening our channel network across Tamil Nadu.

Role Overview:

The Territory Manager – Retail Division will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer network, and ensuring solid market coverage across Tamil Nadu. The role is highly field-oriented and requires strong relationship management with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Need to handle the existing business and cover the entire Tamil Nadu market
- Develop and expand the Roofing & Peb dealers within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure repeat business
- Ensure proper product visibility and market penetration
- Conduct regular market visits, dealer meetings, and site follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
- Drive company schemes, promotions, and product launches in the market

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in Roofing/ PEB / Building Materials / Channel Sales
- Solid understanding of Roofing & PEB distribution and dealer management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

- Territory sales target achievement (%)
- Active dealer count & new dealer additions
- Secondary sales growth
- Collection efficiency & outstanding control
- Market coverage (beat plan adherence)
