Role Overview

The City Lead will be responsible for driving performance and managing a team to achieve

business targets, expand ImpactGuru’s presence, and ensure smooth operations. This role

demands strong leadership, sales acumen, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, ensuring achievement of individual and group targets.





Drive revenue growth through patient financing/crowdfunding solutions.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare

partners.

Monitor team performance, provide training, feedback, and motivation to achieve

business goals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless

customer experience.

Identify and explore new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.

Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions for patients, donors, and hospital

partners.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 4–10 years of relevant experience.

Strong background in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or healthcare

partnerships.

Proven experience in team handling and achieving revenue/target-driven goals.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Understanding of hospital ecosystem/healthcare sector is an added advantage.
