We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements, user needs, and product objectives.
- Create user flows, journey maps, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet applications.
- Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar design tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Establish and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guidelines.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Review implemented features and provide UI/UX feedback during development and QA.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design assignments while meeting project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 35 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and completed web or mobile products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma,



including components, auto layout, variants, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Ability to convert complex business workflows into simple and intuitive interfaces.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing fintech, banking, trading, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- Understanding of design handoff and developer-inspection workflows.
- Experience creating dashboards, administrative portals, and data-intensive interfaces.
