Hiring: Technical Documenter | Hyderabad & Chennai | WFO

We are looking for an experienced Technical Documenter to join our team.

Locations:

- Hyderabad Secunderabad
- Chennai Guindy (Olympia Terraces)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Notice period-Immediate -10 days

Budget -As per market standard

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain IT policies, standards, SOPs, procedures, and operational documentation.
- Create user manuals, administrator guides, installation guides, and release notes.
- Document enterprise applications, infrastructure, databases, networks, cloud environments, and integrations.
- Develop architecture documentation (HLD/LLD), process flows, network topology, and infrastructure diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to gather technical information.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, standardized, version-controlled, and audit-ready.
- Support IT governance, compliance,



and project documentation.

Required Skills:

- 3–6 years of technical documentation experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical writing and documentation expertise.
- Good understanding of enterprise applications, databases, infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and documentation management skills.

Role: Individual Contributor

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)
