Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales from HVAC contractors, builders, and project sites
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Regular site visits and client meetings
- Finding new potential clients
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics for timely delivery
- Track payments and ensure collection within the credit period

Skills Required:

- 3–5 years in HVAC / Electrical/building materials sales
- Strong field sales experience with HVAC contractors & consultants
- Basic product understanding (Insulation, Valves, BTU & Flow Meters & Copper)
- Good communication and negotiation skills

Performance Metrics:

- Monthly sales target achievement
- New dealer/client acquisition
- Collection efficiency
