- Master's degree or higher in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, SLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of Agentic AI operating models.
- Experience with multi-Agent architecture patterns, Agent orchestration frameworks, Context engineering, Agent memory architecture, Tools integration, Agent skills.
- Designing Human-in-the loop governance, Agent evaluation and Quality assurance, Agent operations.
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and similar frameworks.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, reasoning systems, memory architectures, and agent behaviour design.
- Familiarity with Human-in-the-Loop governance patterns.
