Use AI-powered tools to enhance requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. Integrate Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, and third-party systems while ensuring compliance with HR policies and data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) modules.
- Manage job requisitions, workflows, candidate applications, and offer management.
- Integrate Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, and job boards.
- Use AI copilots for documentation, test case generation, and issue resolution.
- Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams.
