Preferred Experience

- Experience hiring for BPO, ITES, Infrastructure Service, Managed Services, Product Support, Technical Support, Customer Support, and Technology roles.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other Generative AI tools for sourcing, candidate engagement, market mapping, job description creation, and recruitment productivity.
- Experience in volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
