Responsibilities:

Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the

defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery.

Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality.

Document and communicate required information for deployment,

maintenance, support, and business functionality.

Required qualifications:

8+ years of developing/supporting Mainframe based applications.

Programming experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and

Online/Batch programming.





Experience with DB2 Stored Procedure a Plus

Skills in using NDM/FTP, OPC/TWS, File Manager, SPUFI, QMF, IDz,

Endevor.

Desired qualifications:

Positive communication skills, both written and oral are required as the

individual must interface with application developers, support teams and

management.

Have a flexible and 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of initiative with

the ability to learn fast and deal calmly with situations under pressure.

Knowledge of BMC Remedy or IT Service Management Tool.

An understanding of Agile Methodology would be beneficial.
