Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join International Voice Support team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and strong experience in handling customer queries, escalations, and providing process-level support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex customer queries and escalations through voice support.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide process-related guidance to team members.
- Support team members with query resolution and ensure accurate information is provided.
- Handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Identify recurring issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.




- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and meet process performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support the team in achieving operational and customer service targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong knowledge of voice-based customer support processes.
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult customer interactions.
- Good understanding of process metrics and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as support team members.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
