Role Summary

The Enterprise Strategy & Planning Lead is responsible for driving enterprise IT strategy, technology planning, and governance by partnering with business and IT leaders. The role ensures technology investments, roadmaps, and initiatives align with business priorities, enabling executive decision-making and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain enterprise technology and capability roadmaps.
- Align IT strategy and investments with business objectives.
- Lead annual and quarterly enterprise planning and prioritization cycles.
- Drive portfolio planning and investment governance across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into technology initiatives.
- Facilitate executive governance forums and strategic decision-making.
- Define enterprise priorities, dependencies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Track strategic initiatives and provide executive-level progress reporting.




- Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business and IT teams.
- Identify emerging technology trends and evaluate business opportunities.

Required Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Technology Planning, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven expertise in IT strategy, governance, portfolio management, and enterprise planning.
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Strong experience in roadmap development, investment planning, and strategic prioritization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable understanding of how technology enables business transformation (hands-on technical expertise not required).
