Role & responsibilities

- Manage the company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closure.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts and finance team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA /CMA Intermediate candidate with 2 to 7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime,IDS Software, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
