Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Testing Engineer with experience in Wiring Harness testing and validation. The candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality and reliability of wiring harnesses used in automatic bus door systems and other electrical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform electrical testing and validation of wiring harness assemblies.
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, short circuit, and functional testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot wiring harness failures and electrical issues.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Verify harness routing, connectors, terminals, and component integration.
- Prepare test reports and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams for issue resolution.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
