Experience: 6+years
Key Requirements:
Proven experience leading an HCC coding team
Solid knowledge of HCC risk adjustment guidelines and coding standards.Excellent in viewing claims and making sure submitted properly with correct HCC ICD 10 codes.
Ability to mentor, manage, and drive team performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in quality audits, productivity tracking, and process improvement
