The Customer Account Manager (CAM) Enterprise will be responsible for driving business
growth, managing enterprise customer relationships, and expanding iValue s presence across
assigned accounts. The role involves identifying opportunities, positioning cybersecurity and
digital transformation solutions, and working closely with OEMs and internal teams to achieve
revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow enterprise accounts within the assigned territory.
Drive end-to-end sales engagement from opportunity identification to closure.
Build solid relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers within
enterprise customers.
Identify opportunities for cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation
solutions.
Work closely with OEMs, presales, and delivery teams to create customer-focused
solutions.
Generate pipeline and maintain healthy forecasting through regular account reviews.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop account plans and strategies for key enterprise customers.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis within the enterprise segment.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 10 years of experience in enterprise sales/account management within IT,
cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure domains.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and solution selling.
Experience handling large enterprise customers and managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and OEM partners.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
