- Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities(BOQs) for MEP works.
- Support tendering activities, rate analysis, and bid submissions.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
- Manage contracts, variations, claims, and subcontract or billing.
- Coordinate with site teams for measurements and progress verification.
- Prepare project cost reports and financial summaries.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications,contracts, and building standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Primavera/MS Project, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- 410 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Cost Control.
- Experience handling large-scale construction or MEP projects is preferred.
