Ensure accuracy in documentation, adherence to internal SOPs, and risk mitigation through robust technical scrutiny
Provide expert guidance and training to regional teams for consistent quality in technical assessments
Collaborate with zonal and state teams to drive efficiency, reduce TAT, and enhance process reliability
