Role & responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI statutory returns
Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights for business decisions
Analyze revenue, profitability, costs, and operational performance
Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Manage treasury activities, loan documentation, bank guarantees, and cash flow forecasts




Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
10-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, MIS Reporting, and Cash Flow Management
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in ERP Systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel
Robust analytical, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
Experience in IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Technology Distribution, Software Licensing, or Enterprise Solutions preferred
