Position: Relationship Manager / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Travel Insurance products through direct customer acquisition.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel insurance plans.
- Generate leads through references, walk-ins, and self-sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Educate customers about policy features, benefits, and claim processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely policy issuance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance,



BFSI, or Travel Insurance Sales.
- Experience in insurance sales or cross-selling financial products is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willing to travel locally for customer meetings if required.
