Hiring for US General Ledger/Accounts payable/ accounts Receivable

CTC : up to 8.5 lpa

Skill Set : 3+ years of experience into General Accounting - With team leading skills. Good communication is required.

Education : Graduate Mandatory

Shift: Must be flexible for night shifts , with 5 days of work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare & review Journal Entries (JEs)
- Perform Account Reconciliations & GL Analysis
- Manage Month-end Close & Ledger Finalization
- Prepare Reports / Rollforward Schedules
- Support Consolidation & Management / SEC Reporting
- Handle Accruals & Amortization
- Process Recurring Entries & Reclassifications

Tools & Systems:

- SAP, Yardi, Advanced Excel
- Concur & Payroll systems (preferred)

Additional Skills (Valuable to Have):





- Payroll Accounting & Liability Handling
- Accruals (IT, Marketing, Unapproved Invoices)
- Cost Center Reclassifications (CapEx / OpEx)
- Payroll Reclasses (Pre-acquisition & Third Party)
- Corporate & Refund-related JEs
- Concur experience

Candidate Profile:

- Strong accounting fundamentals & GL knowledge
- Experience in month-end close & reconciliation processes
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
