About the Role:

We are looking for a specialized AI Developer focused on Agentic workflows. You will move beyond basic chatbots to design sophisticated, autonomous AI systems that can reason, utilize external tools and execute multi-step workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Autonomous Systems: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI agents.
- RAG Architecture: Build and optimize complex Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Azure AI Search).
- Tool Integration: Implement LLM function calling so agents can autonomously interact with external APIs, databases and internal enterprise software.
- Frameworks: Write and orchestrate logic using advanced frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex or AutoGen.
- Tech Stack: 3+ years of Python engineering experience, proven track record deploying scalable AI applications, and deep understanding of OpenAI/Azure OpenAI models.
