Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new B2B customers across industries for PTL and Express logistics offerings.
- Identify, prospect, and convert high-potential enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Own the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and solution pitching to commercial negotiations, closure, and onboarding.
- Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of existing customers by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer supply chain requirements and propose customised logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across client organisations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Solution Design, Pricing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive collections and ensure timely payment recovery from assigned accounts while maintaining healthy receivable cycles.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.




- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide periodic business forecasts and performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, profitability, and collection targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
- 5-12 years of experience in B2B sales within logistics, supply chain, express logistics, PTL/LTL, freight, e-commerce logistics, or related industries.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and acquiring new business.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of domestic logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance and customer data.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
