Audit Executive - JD

Roles and Responsibilities :
* Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock records.
* Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to identify trends and areas for improvement in stock management processes.
* Counter-to-counter Audits, irrespective of all the parameters like stock, cash, Assets, and grooming, etc.
* Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and optimize store operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damages, or other operational concerns.

Store cleanliness
Display arrangement of frames/sunglasses
Dust-free lenses and mirrors
Lighting condition
Staff grooming and uniform compliance
Branding and promotional visibility
2. Physical stock vs system stock




Frame inventory accuracy
Lens inventory reconciliation
Barcode/tag availability
Invoice accuracy
Cash handling procedure
3. Opening and closing checklist
Staff attendance records
Prescription filing process
Order tracking system
Delivery TAT monitoring

Job Requirements :
* 3-10 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the Optical industry.
* Robust understanding of physical inventory management principles, including stock control, processing, and valuation.
* Proficiency in conducting process audits and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
* Experience with loss prevention techniques.
