About the Role

We are hiring Finance professionals for multiple positions in the areas of Funding, Audit & Taxation, and Funding Support & Compliance. Candidates should possess relevant experience in their respective specialization and demonstrate robust knowledge of accounting principles, statutory regulations, and financial management.

Open Positions:

1. Chartered Accountant Funding

Qualification: CA Qualified (Mandatory)
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end corporate funding, including term loans, working capital, and project finance.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and NBFCs for fund raising and loan documentation.
- Prepare CMA data, financial models, cash flow projections, and funding proposals.
- Monitor banking relationships, loan covenants, and repayment schedules.
- Support treasury operations and optimize cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and management MIS.

2. CA Intermediate Audit & Taxation

Qualification: CA Intermediate (Mandatory)
Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle statutory, internal, tax, and concurrent audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and financial reports.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and regulatory queries.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

3. Chartered Accountant Funding Support & Compliance

Qualification: CA Qualified (Mandatory)
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Support funding activities by preparing financial documents, CMA data, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding documentation and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to loan covenants and banking requirements.
- Manage statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare compliance MIS and support regulatory reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in Funding, Audit, Taxation, or Financial Compliance (as applicable to the role).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Tally).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
